Sending an enquiry
When you send an enquiry through this website, you are asking Bay Motor Assist to contact you about your vehicle problem. Sending an enquiry does not guarantee a booking, a same-day visit, or that a mobile repair will be possible. We will review your details and get back to you to discuss what is involved.
What we can and can't do
We are a mobile mechanic service, not a vehicle recovery operator or an MOT test station. Some faults need parts, specialist equipment or a workshop. We will be honest about whether a mobile visit makes sense for your situation before any work begins.
Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate information about your vehicle and where it is parked. If the car is somewhere unsafe or impractical to work, tell us and we will advise on the best next step. You are responsible for decisions about driving your vehicle.
Safety
If you or your vehicle are in immediate danger, call 999. Our service is not a substitute for the emergency services or roadside recovery.
